NBC Called The House On Vote Counts. Senate Still Uncalled.
A claim said NBC planned to declare Democrats the winners of Congress. NBC had written that a wait was likelier than election-night calls.

Unnamed social media account, in AP's words: "NBC, even before knowing the outcome of all the congressional races, is going to declare that Democrats won control of the House and Senate."
NBC's Election Day post on X called a projection of both chambers on election night possible if the polls proved accurate, and said a wait was more likely. By 10:11 p.m. ET, NBC had projected that Democrats will win the House, with fewer than half its races called, based on a seat estimate from a model that uses vote counts and no polling. At 10:41 p.m. ET, NBC had made no Senate projection.
