The Truth

Wood County's election board says no voter got a pre-filled ballot: some voter cards were coded for the wrong precinct, and the cards were reprogrammed so those voters could cast ballots. Lucas County's board says it knew of no widespread machine outages and no significant number of voters sent to paper ballots. Ohio law puts both leading parties on every county board and requires its director and deputy director to come from opposite parties.
