The box did fill up: a county worker in the video says it jammed, and the registrar says some boxes filled faster than others. The crew wore Registrar of Voters vests and was taking the ballots to the registrar's office, a pickup the registrar calls "ballot collection in action." Rented vehicles are part of the registrar's fleet, and the Republican National Committee's election integrity account found no irregularities.
