Terrence K. Williams: "We could have passed the SAVE Act, but these RINOs failed us. We still have serious questions about who voted in these elections"
Texas, where Democrats won the Senate race by 12 points, already asks voters for photo ID and already ran its 18 million voters through the SAVE citizenship check the bill would require. That check produced 117 referrals for investigation. In the Senate, photo ID fell short of the 60 votes it needed twice, 53 to 47 and 52 to 46.
