Trump posted on Election Day that Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. had disappeared, maybe “kidnapped” by Democratic lawyers who fear fraud charges.

Donald Trump: "FAKE ALASKA CANDIDATE DANIAL J. SULLIVAN, JR., IS MISSING IN ACTION! HE HAS TOTALLY DISAPPEARED, GONE! NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIND HIM. MAYBE HE HAS BEEN “KIDNAPPED” BY THE CORRUPT DUMOCRAT LAWYERS??? THEY ARE SCARED STIFF OF BEING PROSECUTED FOR ELECTION FRAUD!!! PRESIDENT DJT"
Judge Sharon Gleason dismissed DOJ's suit over his candidacy on Nov. 1 for lack of standing, so no court has ruled on fraud, and no one has been charged. Alaska's elections director did find in June that his filing aimed to confuse or mislead voters; state courts overturned her and kept him on the ballot. CBS News reported Oct. 30 that he had left Petersburg and that his whereabouts were not clear.
